“Take Control”




So as I was reminiscing on my past and looking how far I have come I began to think about the process. How did I get to where I am now? What did I do first? How did I get started? After asking myself these questions I realize that my first step in this journey started with me taking control.

Often times as women we get complacent in living the same way, same lifestyle, same depressed state. Our hardest part of the process is knowing and understanding we are in that state. I’m here to tell you if you are tired of living the same way, depressed, tired of just being complacent IT’s time to “Take Control”

So how do you “Take Control”?

3 Simple Steps

  1. Understand and admit where you are?
  2. Refocus (get the focus back on “YOU” not anyone else but how am I going to better “ME”
  3. Make a plan of attack
    1. Figure out what you are going to do to get out of the state of complacency
  4. Then ATTACK- Take Control

Once you make the decision to stop living the way you are living and being complacent the rest is history. So women lets stop letting our lives get away from us and start taking control of our lives.
